Boutique French patisserie
The café is owned and operated by 2 local chefs, a husband and wife team Mark and Annie White. Mark is 5 star classically trained with a strong training and assessment background. Annie has worked locally and has great experience with the local café scene.
The patisserie, is a space for Mark to work within his skills set which includes; pastry, sugar work and chocolate.
The patisserie will promote and use local produce and products.
