Great breakfast here the other day with a good coffee also. Only complaint is that it was served with one poached egg instead of two-given the price of the meal. Otherwise would definitely recommend

Fav and best coffee in Balwyn. Almond crossaint is fantastic. So as the brownie warmed up

Consistently good food, coffee and service.  Rooms consist of a pleasant courtyard, a small dining room and front of house dining. Street parking on Whitehorse Road may be a problem tho.
