Definitely was not worth the money. I saw a total of 5 snakes and two spiders and they all looked to have been not looked after properly. It looked like a run down shed that had a few random bits and pieces thrown in to make it look as though there was maximum effort put in. The reptiles were in the smallest enclosures, they were definitely not fit to be in there. The owner had a bigger ego with tonnes of murals about himself and was obviously not concerned about making the ‘zoo’ look inviting to customers. You could barely see the spiders or scorpions in their tiny enclosures due to there being no light in a dark room.

My daughter loved holding the snake and stick insect. She claims it was the best day of her life and now wants a pet snake.

Amazing experience. Staff are so passionate and keen to share what they know. My kids (boy and girl 4&7) loved it! Highlight of the week. Holding and touching snakes plus learning about the scientific research underway was fantastic. Thank you so much!

My wife and I enjoyed here. We were lucky to see some of the snakes being feed. Staff are nice and friendly.

Was amazing... the tour was self paced and full of interesting info... guide who took us around at the end was very knowledgeable and entertaining - 5 stars to you sir
