My go to place for Briskets, Beef and Pork Ribs, Coal, Wood and Rubs ect.. Their sausages are awesome and they have a huge range. I can always count on them to have stock and their service is always great and they are really welcoming.

Honestly best steak and sausages that we know of in Auckland. Plus heaps of cool extras like Kievs and sauces always to compliment. Thoroughly recommend awesome service too !

They badly need training on customer service and meet and greet. They don't have smile on their face and looks like they are not enjoying their job and very unhappy about what they are doing.
Really good quality meat and extremely well presented. The store is always clean and fully stocked. The thick cut steaks always make our mouths water. Customer service has always been good.
Always good service, and a great selection of meats and pantry items when doing the weekly shop.
We visited the store on Saturday afternoon. We were appalled at the owner’s behaviour, when he yelled at one of the staff in front of all the customers - “Darren!!!! I told you an hour ago to start cleaning up!!!” The guy getting yelled at is the friendliest, most polite staff member there. How disgusting speaking to your staff like that at all, let alone when their are customers present! The owner is so taciturn and unfriendly. The meat is really good, and if not for that, we wouldn’t bother going there To the owner - you are nothing but a rude bully. You have no right to treat your staff so disrespectfully
