The other week I bought some meat from this place. I'm not complaining about the long waiting times for service. But far worse than that. I was outside their shop after buying some meat and my daughters push chair fell back. I am quite capable of picking it up myself and I did. But apparently the owner of the shop's brother, needed to be a hero and came running to my rescue. I told him I was fine, after all I had already picked it up and problem solved and he got offended and angry. He turned the situation into a confrontation, which made me wonder what his true motives were, maybe he wanted to make me look weak in front of my wife, I thought. He carried on and it seemed like he wanted to go fisty cuffs. A normal person just walks away, but not this guy. It got worse, his brother came, having to pull his bad tempered brother away, I was as cool as a cucumber. His brother acted like it was my fault, saying he didn't want this in front of his shop. Well, that's fine, I hope it never happens again and it certainly won't with me, but if I was the owner I would keep an eye on your hot headed thinks he's God's gift to women, wannabe hero brother. Oh and by the way it was pretty apparent to my wife as well. Anyway Allah is the judge. But in terms of the people, well they can see from your comment that you do not want to take any responsibility for your blood brothers aggressive attitude, in fact he was the person that should of walked away, not started to try to instigate a fight. But if you do not want to reflect, I think about that situation a lot bro, still do, it is clear you would rather look good in front of "people", Allah knows what they thought and remembered. Did you survey them to see what they thought? Did you get some written feedback from witnesses that weren't related to you. I would expect this kind of attitude in a third world corrupt country, but not in New Zealand. This type of blind pride where people take no responsibility for their actions is unacceptable. The fact is that your blood brother escalated the situation when I made it clear that I did not want or need his help, he followed on with anger and clearly wanted to escalate the situation to violence. In New Zealand if someone refuses your help, normal Kiwis just leave them alone to carry on with their business, but your brother who is clearly not normal, took it personal and his temper flared. It was clear he was the aggressive and angry person. I was going, but your brother is dangerous and would probably punch someone in the back of the head, if he has not already. Does he have a history of assault. Btw, I practically grew up in a Butcher shop. My Step Father owned the Meat Keeper in Remuera and my brother owns the Bethleham Butcher in Tauranga. Your meat is rubbish and your service is worse than rubbish. You are just too condescendingly arrogant and proud to see it. My advice, go someplace else, I've had no bad experience with the butcher in Papatoetoe near the train station.

They cheat in meat. I was after a small lamb shoulder, the service guy said he will bring one for me, he brought one from the back, I paid and left. After arriving home and to my shock I discovered he actually included a lot of ribs with it with bones to add to the weight. Total rip-off. Will not ever buy from them and will warn my community. Typical cheaters with long beard !

Ordered some bbq lamb chops. The guy brought some packed in a bag. I paid n left. At home when i opened the bag i was very shocked. It was full of fat. He should have showed me the chops bfo. Rip off n not gd quality
