Must of changed hands reviews from 2 years ago good. Latest terrible or got complacent Called in today as seen signage award winning. His mum must have awarded him this. Absolute tossers with no customer service treated like a leper when I told him we have come to look at their sausages and meat which actually looked good. Ignored by the one staff member. Walked out never to return.
Great variety on offer and those sausages are worthy of their medals but check out the smoked streaky bacon. I’m salivating just writing about it.

This is the best butcher in Aotearoa. As soon as you walk in you’re met with kindness , good conversation and wonderful customer service. The quality & variety of the meat is exceptional and of such high standard. The taste and flavours are amazing. Always a happy customer and find it’s a whole experience when you walk in! You’re a fool if you shop at the supermarkets or anywhere else for meat. Come here, support your local!

I have buy lamb from there but it was smelly and I have cooked it for two hours but it didn’t get cooked. I have thrown all the lamb.
I wouldnt even give them a star if I could. Brought one kilo of their sausages to try the other week while passing through. For the price they charge $18 some thing per kilo with the sign on the sausages saying "Pure Beef" more like pure fat. I have never seen such a weird colour of oil come out of a sausage before while they where boiling. I fried them up and they were the worst I have ever tasted. They didnt have any flavour to them and the texture was very mashy . I'll go back to buying Helliers Beef sausages from the Supermarket for half the price and least their one is nice and tastey
Best butchers in Auckland hands down. Great selection, service and the sausages are the best I've had the pleasure of eating. The blueberry and venison are AMAZING!
