The best butcher in whole of Auckland! Their meat is fresh and melt in your mouth quality. It's a long way out from where I live but I make the trip as it's well worth it. Keep up the fab work guys! This is how I cook my steaks. With a lovely creamy mushroom sauce. So devine.

Sadly we live too far away to frequent Pirie's as often as I would like but it's always on the list when we are in the area. Awesome range of quality meats and tasty little packages of goodness, combined with first rate and knowledgeable service.

The greatest butcher and customer service EVER! During this lockdown we ordered online and they delivered right to our door! Thank you for giving us a little normalcy during this hectic time. We love their pork and maple sausages, absolutely heaven. We’ve tried their steaks, other sausages, and homemade condiments as well. Fantastic selection of gourmet meats. Been going here for years. Always fresh. Amazing range of speciality sausages. Just got a fantastic ham with skin expertly remove and artistic cuts. Never disappointed. Excellent service.

I wish I knew about this place sooner! Friendly, knowledgeable staff with an excellent selection of quality meat. The cooking instructions they provide are a great touch and the owners are definitely passionate about what they do. I have been coming regularly ever since I found they existed!

Hands down the most amazing meat I've had since being on the farm!!!! Superb customer service, highly knowledgeable, and the most awesome aroma. If you love your food and what goes into your body, Piries is for you!

Excellent butcher with friendly, helpful staff and a great selection of free range/sustainable etc. meats. They are always willing to chat about the meat and give ideas for preparation. There are also some good prepared options with marinades etc. I really love their tandoori split chicken.
