I walked in randomly one day, and the service was so good I walked out with a great pair of runners. It’s important to have shoes that not only fit correctly, but are also appropriate for the specific way each person’s foot hits the ground. Actually, the standard of service was so exceptional that I arranged to bring a friend and bought them a great pair of runners also.

I have weird feet and needed to try on one hundred pairs of shoes. Chloe from Athletes Foot not only accommodated me patiently and expertly, she was multi tasking to assist other customers along the way. Amazing customer service. Thanks Chloe!

I went in to buy new shoes, I have dealt with Athletes Foot for 7 years but in an interstate store. Because of my previous experience I went to Shepparton store. I was so very disgusted with the customer service and attitude of the young lady serving me. I had been told by medical specialist what type of runner I needed. I researched the type online prior to going to the store and explained all of this to her. Needless to say I left, called another sports store, received fantastic service and bought the type of runner needed. Would never recommend your store

My first shopping experience was fantastic. I had Chloe measuring my feet. She is an absolutely gem. She sold me the most comfortable shoes I ever owned and they even come with a fantastic color

I was blown away by the absolutely amazing staff in the Shepparton Store today. Not only did they know about their products, were friendly and kind, they understood what I needed given the injuries I have and the ankle fusion and rehab needs I face in the near future. I totally didn't expect the depth of knowledge they displayed - one had the knowledge while the other stayed, watched and learnt from her colleague. That said, I have accessibility challenges and they made it easy for me. Cannot thank them enough. So now I am set for my rehab needs post surgery and the long haul I have to find some level of recovery. Thank you all so much.

Would like to say a big thankyou to Chloe and her amazing service today instore. She really knows her stuff and my partner and I are extremely happy with our shoes.
