Good store, as tidy as it could be visiting on a Saturday and we stocked...accept for staff! One person on the front counter serving for dear life not allowing for customer queries otherwise she'd be there till next week! Her service was wonderful under the pressure she was under and I proceeded to click n collect soon after. Ringing the bell there, nobody came to the collection door, meaning I had to return inside and highlight the above.nHard to rate this one because the set up is good, but staffing needs serious attention.

I was looking for some running shoes today. I mentioned that I was only looking to try some shoes but not buy anything yet. Ashleigh kindly helped me regardless. Later that day I came back and tried more shoes on and Ashleigh was very accomodating. She was very patient and gave great recommendations.

Went in to get a pair of sneakers for my son that starts school this year asked a worker to help me he had no clue on sizes. I told him how many cm my sons foot was an he still didn’t have a clue. Then he just vanished…Left empty handed a got shoes else where.

I have been a loyal member of Rebel for over five years, consistently choosing your store for all my sporting needs. However, my recent experience with Rebel Shepparton has been the worst I’ve ever encountered, leaving me deeply disappointed and upset.nnI purchased Kookaburra wicket-keeping gloves, which developed threading issues after just two practice sessions. When I approached the store, they replaced the gloves without issue, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the same problem occurred again. As a member of the Mooroopna Cricket Club, this incident became widely known among my peers.nnWhen I returned to the store to report the repeated issue, I made it clear that I no longer wanted Kookaburra gloves and simply sought a resolution. Instead of understanding my situation, I was met with rudeness and disrespect from the customer care supervisor, Sajida. She flatly refused to replace the gloves again and treated me as if I had deliberately damaged them.nnIt wasn’t about the money or a refund—I value honesty and integrity. I even offered to leave the gloves at the counter and walked away because of how upset I was by the treatment I received.nnThis review isn’t just about my experience—it’s a reflection of how disappointed I, and others in the Mooroopna Cricket Club, feel about the disrespect shown by Rebel Shepparton after years of loyalty and significant purchases. The lack of professionalism and the dismissive attitude from Sajida, in particular, was unacceptable.nnI hope Rebel Shepparton takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service to ensure no other loyal customer has to endure such an experience.nnKind regardsnSai gudavalli

Shopping for weight set. Staff member didn’t know about product and informed us of a product at half price. When I phoned the store the following day to follow up on product and price, the staff member who answered the phone refused to allow me to speak with staff member who told me the sale price of the product, refused to allow me to speak with the manager and when I asked to leave a message for the manager to call me back I was told they do not call people back. Eventually able to speak to the staff member who told me the sale price, he remembered us and then said he had told us a price of a different product to which he did not recommend to us. In short he implied we were liars. Very disappointed. Do not shop here. Highly recommend Rebel in Bendigo, in particular Joel who not only went above and beyond to assist but also referred us to the state manager, Simon.
