I've been going to Athletes Foot since 1992 Highpoint SC In 2020 I bought Brookes from Ballarat Bridge Mall and I remember being served by Bec. Great service from Bec back then for what I needed in fitting. Returned today for another pair of Brooke's can't beat them and served by Jemma trainee and got GREAT service  from Jemma. Jemma made sure the fitting was suitable and comfortable for my needs. Another great assett to the Ballarat store for continued brilliant customer service. I honestly could not ask for better service. The whole team are so helpful whether it be for myself, my kids or my adult daughter who has a disability. The way the team communicates with my adult daughter is just wonderful, they really listen to her needs and are so patient with her. It's so great to consistenty get such a high level of customer service from all the team. I'm particular, Bec has assisted us many times with ndis related purchasing and consistently provides the best service and advice.

Made an appointment online which was very easy to book in. Riley served me and was super helpful. The 3D map is very cool and he explained the different shoes I tried on. I ended up buying the first pair that he pulled out after trying a few others on. Hoping my feet feel better with the new pair. Thanks heaps for a great experience!

Drove 1.5 hours on a Sunday to fit on a shoe that “might” suit me. I’ve been to many shoe stores including other Athletes Foot stores, and never have I ever got this level of service! Laura is a gem. She was friendly, sweet, and extremely good at her job. Gave me all the information I was looking for, AND sold me a great pair of shoes. Well worth the trip!
