I am not sure of the staff member’s name but I had my girl, Rosa, groomed by her on 28/12/22 at this store, and it was one of if not the best haircut my baby had had. Lovely staff, lovely cut, and Rosa seemed quite peaceful waiting for me to pick her up. Thanks guys!!

Best dog groomers in Ballarat, the staff I think Jo, groomed my very anxious dog & did an amazing job! He came out looking brand new! I can see why there booked out months in advance. 10/10 service! I'll be back!

a nice and easy click and collect handoff, just had to show them a confirmation email, and they keep the orders aside as long as you need, so its no stress when you choose to pick up. friendly staff! parking is street side parallel parking, but man, who actually has good parking in ballarat. just brace probably.
