Fantastic staff! When i couldn't locate the book I wanted on the shelf although showing available online, a helpful guy looked up the details, went out the back and found the book I was after. There were no cashiers as it was almost closing time, so another lovely staff member put everything through a self-service for me. Great work Big W Ballarat!

Has all the things that the metro stores have, but with a country town vibe.nThe staff are super friendly and you can actually find someone to help you

Compared to the Melton Big W this place was a palace. Everything was neat, in stock and where it should be on the shelves. I went in for one thing and ended up with two bags full of stuff I hadn't realised I needed.

Decent prices and a good range. Pretty handy to have nearby. I really like that they always have one checkout with an actual person serving rather than the mandatory self service checkout that seems to be the norm these days!

Couldn't find anyone available to help and when I did they wouldn't sell the shelf stock tho she said they were getting more stock in 2days. Pretty poor service. Its all good I spent my money at Harris Scarf they were great.
