Great service friendly staff at electrical counter and front door. Very helpful. Just wish they had the stock they advertise.
BIG W Ballarat is one of the most convenient and reliable places to shop in Ballarat!nnThe store is spacious, bright, and very well organised, making it easy to walk through the aisles and find what you need without any hassle.nnThey carry a wide range of products including clothing, footwear, toys, homewares, electronics, stationery, and everyday household essentials. The prices are very reasonable and there are often good specials and clearance items that make it even better value.nnWhat stands out is how clean and tidy the store is. Shelves are always neatly stocked, the aisles are clear, and the layout makes browsing a breeze.nThe checkouts are swift, which make the whole shopping experience smooth and efficient.nnThe staff at BIG W are always friendly and very helpful. I have never been disappointed.nnThere is plenty of parking and, by the way, Dan Murphy is right next. Just in case, that is!nnAll in all, BIG W Ballarat is a dependable store with good variety, fair pricing, and a pleasant shopping environment.nLove it..
Bought a TV a couple days ago and came in today 09/05/26 to return it because I thought it was a smart TV and it wasn’t. In original packaging, everything inside the box, and original receipt. So tell me why when I approach the service desk the man takes it out the back and tells me the TV has a scratch in it and therefore it’s not in original condition and cannot be returned. The kicker? There’s not a scratch in the TV, maybe some smudges and dust but absolutely no damage to the entire TV. Tell me where is the scratch Picture of TV included? Even the woman manning the exit said that it was a bit ridiculous when I had to leave with the TV.
great store but workers have such a negative attitude and have such rude tones. 1 specific worker unsure of the name, shoulder length blonde hair, looked red in the face, black jewellery, not too tall. came up to me and a friend whilst we were bouncing a bouncy ball a couple of times not that high. and said ‘i can get security to escort you if you want’ in an un joking rude ish manner and my friend said ‘what’ because she didn't hear and the worker then proceeded to say ‘what’ in a mocking and rude tone.
Not enough staff on… Saturday night and Sunday morning. Saturday night… no one at the Service Desk or even out the back to come out to the desk. Sunday morning… no one available to do a price check when the incorrect price rang up at the self-service checkout. As a staff member I would not feel safe working with this type of skeleton staffing level.
