We had to get new carpet due to flooding from storm. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Went out if their way to be accommodating especially Emily. Also the three men who laid carpet were great   Very courteous professional and very clean. Did a great job. Highly recommend this business

The team at Carpet Court Ballarat were fantastic to work with. They were very helpful and knowledgeable when I was trying to work out which flooring options would best suit the areas that I was looking to cover.  They were very accommodating when we had to adjust the date. The end product looks fantastic.

Been back as a 2nd time customer. They have a very big range of boards of all prices. You can park in the big carpark opposite. They do give advice on the best product for your home

Relative helpful staff, okay products, and a good store layout. However if the staff were more attentive and able to answer more questions it would be much better.
