Is anyone managing this place and reading the reviews? Because it’s a theme here that customers are waiting a long time. It’s a shame because the teas are great, just not worth waiting 25mins for. Put more staff on or consider quicker methods
Nice bubble tea with cute design! I like the environment here, and the staff provided excellent service.
I recommend you have ChaTime instead, overpriced and long wait not even really busy the person before just order ice cream and he waited up to 10mins. Tapioca and brûlée too little, why I paid for 8 for milk?!
Staff needs more training. Bad customer service experience.
Lovely customer service and unique menu of drinks- have to halve the sugar though cos its pretty sweet!
I understand they are very busy but it look me 25 mins to wait for my single drink.
Good tea but very poor customer service. She keep customer waiting for ages and dose not even care what is going on with customer.
