Loved this place. Their food is of authentic taste. This is the best asian food place I've visited in Ballarat. The fried rice and the tom yum soup are two perfections. Best choice if you love spicy asian food. Behaviour and Atmosphere is also good. But the food is best, delicious.Food: 5/5

The food was as good a Thai food as I've had anywhere - and very reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and attentive. The sister of the owner and chef is a delightful Thai girl with excellent English. If I didn't live in Cairns, I'd be a regular customer!

Great food with really friendly service. We didn't have a booking but got a table straight away. We had our meals less than 10min after ordering and they were delicious. Really big portions with lots of flavour. I would totally recommend this place. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options on the menu.

Very pleasing Thai dinner. We enjoyed a nicely cooked sizzling seafood mixed grill and a Yum salad with pork. Staff were very attentive and helped accommodate us. Service was quick.

I have to eat a gluten free diet. Thai Sala have a clearly labelled menu which allowed for me to decide on a meal easily. The food was delicious and well presented. The staff were pleasant and attentive.

Best Thai takeout in Ballarat in my opinion and I’m pretty picky when it comes to good Thai food. My favourites are Gang Panang Chicken and Coconut Rice. We regularly order from here and each time I order the food NEVER disappoints. Highly recommended.

Some waiters need to listen and take orders correctly. Onion was served to a person who is allergic to it. Had he not noticed it, things could have ended badly.Food: 4/5

Extremely disgusted with the customer service. My order was incorrect when I arrived home, I rang through to the restaurant to inform them of the mistake, I was told that it was my mistake and they would do nothing about it. I spent $180 and the incorrect order was a fried rice. Next time I’ll go to Brown Grain.

We ordered a bunch of food at 6:30 and received a notification saying it will be delivered around 8:00 which we thought was reasonable on Mother’s Day, called at 8:30 to check up on where the order was and told us they had 2 drivers and a bunch of orders. 9:15 and our next door neighbour knocked on our door saying they had delivered it to them and just left without confirming lovely of the neighbours to do as it was over $100 of food. Opening the bag we noticed we were missing a major item so we called back and told them, luckily they were nice about it and sent a small item as an apology but sent it out straight away. The fact that they only had 2 people driving on Mother’s Day and everything else made us all quite disappointed. All up 3 hours to give us a complete order. Unfortunately we won’t be going back there.
