I had to update my reveiw due to going again today.  Wish I could give 0 stars, it was disgustingly filthy like hasn't been cleaned properly in a long time, and if their not cleaning where we can see I can't imagine how disgusting it must be where we can't ,  wish they would make it more obvious that they've changed and are using a cabbage lettuce mix cause I had no idea until I found the cabbage in my burger but honestly my least favourite part was the saddest chicken patty in my og burger I payed 30 for 2 meal for me an my dad and it was a massive waste of money.

Always great entertainment visiting KFC. An organization that is entirely operated by children. It’s always a surprise you get your chicken at all when the one acne-faced teen charged with managing the whole store is having a panic attack in the kitchen due to the constant beeping of the frying machines and the ever growing queue of angry customers death staring them.  On my most recent visit to the Sturt Street restaurant I waited almost an eternity at the order speaker. Imagine my shock when suddenly a seemingly cool headed individual asked me for my order. After placing my order I was told there was not enough original piece chicken and offered an extra serving of wicked wings at no extra cost. The flexibility and quick thinking of this 16 year old indicated they were likely a company veteran and likely the manager of this establishment.  Giving this store a 5 star because it is likely the only KFC with a cool headed staff member.

Brilliant experience in Ballarat KF, clean, quiet time of day, not too much noise. Hot food freshly cooked. Clean toilets which is a bonus. Would visit again cant fault it.Food: 5/5

No stars from me..stood in line for 20 minutes along with 2 other  customers..we were all ignored..politely asked if we should go to drive through as they were being served all the time..still we were all ignored...so 3 customers walked out and I'm sure the lady waiting for her order would've walked out if she hadn't already ordered!!!! We drove to KFC at wendouree   served immediately  with a smile ...and the shop was clean !!!¡!.

Chips were cold, took them back to be served more cold chips. Couldn't be bothered complaining again. Only young kids working at the time. Service was ok. There was only 1 sort of clean table in the restaurant to sit atvery disappointing overallFood: 1/5

Repeatedly I've ordered the original fillet burger box to only recoeve a minimal amount if any sauce at all on my burger... Extreme disappointment here!

Ordered UberEats and the entire order didn’t arrive. Rang to get them to deliver the missing items and they told me they could give me a 30 day store credit. We don’t regularly eat at KFC so a store credit is is useless. Just paid over $100 for an incomplete order.

Price increases multiple times a year. This is ridiculous. Also your staff never provide napkins with food. It's fried chicken you muppets.Food: 2/5

The receipt was correct. Chicken nugget go bucket was correct, kids popcorn chicken meal was correct, chicken tender meal was correct but chicken was so bad and then we have the zinger burger deal... burger check, chips check. They gave us 2 small and I mean SMALL pieces of chicken that we didn't know what it was, but defantly wasent a wicked wing and not a tender... we got and extra popcorn chicken and an extra chips. No potato and gravy. What a weird mess up for the zinger burger box

Went thru drive thru. My friend and I each ordered or meals. They repeated as the window when we paid. Proceeded to pick up. Was past a large box and bag. Drove home. Opened it all up and no popcorn chicken.  Kid-friendliness: Children love KFC  Parking: On street parking and plenty of off street parking.  Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and doors
