ever since the rebranding of this Terry White to Terry White Chemmart the range has improved but this chemist needs more staff on the weekend.

Their script system is absolutely rubbish. They lost all of my scripts they kept on file and offered NO explanation as to what happened nor took any responsibility whatsoever. Took my business to Star Discount and will NEVER go back to terrywhites.

There was an issue with my script and the chemist explained it clearly what the problem was and told me that she will will speak with my GP. By the time I came back from shopping she had it all sorted with the GP and my script was ready. It was nice to have someone actually care about their client and not rush you in and out. Staff were professional and friendly and provided me with quality service.
