Been a customer for nearly 10 yrs and through this time I have worked in health care to being a patient myself and the treatment I have received varied so much depending on my appearance and needs and 1 particular worker was very rude recently and has triggered me to say something. I hope you remind all staff to treat people equally and fairly despite their appearance or conditions.

Came into store with a couple of prescriptions last week and was welcomed with A1 service from a staff member Mehana. It was very refreshing to speak with someone with similar experiences also understanding what I was dealing with, it was comforting and appreciative. You don’t get this everywhere so thank you.

Very helpful staff, friendly and usually have in stock prescriptions when my other more local pharmacies do not. Good range of vitamins and compression sleeves and muscle & joint pain relief creams/sprays.

Fantastic to have a chemist nearby that’s open 7am-11pm daily.nSad that it’s part of the Jadin group, who charge like wounded bulls nHaving said that, if you needed something when all other chemists are closed, the price doesn’t matter, nor do I begrudge paying extra for a place that caters to the communities needs

Script was $40 dearer than my regular pharmacy. Only had 1 out of 3 items that I needed. Staff are rude. Waited about 45minutes for a script to be told that they have no stock.
