Definitely not a 'Discount Chemist' as advertised, so this is totally false advertising. I went there because it is promoted as a discount chemist online. Very expensive as per other comments and the shop is terrible. I am new to the area, and whilst the counter assistant was very friendly, I could not say the same for the pharmacist, who was very curt and rude. Never will be going back again. Also the shop has very little general stock, like it is about to close down. My advice is go somewhere else.

Not a discount chemist at all. Prices are not cheap on anything I bought. Service by female employee abrupt and shop looked like a pop-up with what was on shelves. All recent reviews are correct. Not sure Where 4.5 stars came from. Won't go back. Prefer Jaidin opposite school even though it's often packed and takes ages for scripts

Very helpful and lovely staff, on a desperate night needing sensitive skin stuff for my baby this was my fourth chemist of the night and I was relieved to find that you stocked the products I needed! :  I was even told they can keep some aside if I needed!! Always smiles and lovely greetings, wouldn't go anywhere else now!

The only person serving was a short woman with no customer service ability or inclination.  I appoached her and asked for help with what I was looking for, she came out from behind the counter so I assumed she was taking me to where the item was.  Nope.  She just walked away and started serving someone else.  The shop looks like  they're going broke, minimal stock on shelves and minimal staff to serve or ignore you, as in my case.  Don't bother shopping here, there are so many other chemists nearby who actually want your business.

I have been coming here since they have moved and I will now not go anywhere else. The staff are amazing and are there for myself and my husband every time we need help and information. If they don't have what I need they are always happy to order it in. Thanks for the great service.

This shop looks like it is still establishing. Lots of the same items filling the shelves. Staff could/should improve their PR with customers. It's very handy to the major shops of Good Guys, Harvey Norman, BCF etc. Plenty of parking and disabled folk should have no problems except the parking is all sloped.Have to ask, why CINCOTTA. ?

The person named John is very rude. I visit this store many time all lady staff is good and few male staff is good but he is very rude. I asked him to give me cough medicine he said show how you cough. I showed him how I cough he said no this is not cough hahahaha lol..... I said it's mostly during bed time. He said go to any other chemist store. I said I came from Kedron it takes 1 hour to reach there and all stores near my place are closed up to that time but he didn't understand.

An amazing store, not just a place to go to just to pick up your  medications, take some time and have a look around, there is something there for everyone. The staff are really friendly and take the time to actually help you, not just serve you.

Rang the phone number thats on Google about a product Im chasing down its not valid any more please update. Would like to know how many customers you may have lost, or even if your even still open going by another review I just read from a couple of months ago? Please respond Cincotta!!

I have been to several Chemist in the area but this Chemist is by far the best, great location, plenty of parking, long opening hours, great service & advice, the team are very professional & helpful.
