Been a regular here for my medications for years, familiar staff who have personalised my service to suit my high medical needs. Never had a poor customer service experience, a lost script, any of it. Also offer free delivery to the local area which has been an amazing help. App is very worthwhile although has its faults, great for online ordering and getting scripts ready in store and for delivery.
Pretty poor system they have in place. My doctor emails my script to this chemist 2 times and because they have 5 different email addresses, the lady at the counter couldn’t find it. I would not recommend sending your script here at all. Such a waste of time. I went to another chemist and they were able to find my script within seconds of asking.
More expensive then others. In some cases more than twice the price then the competition. I enquired and they are a franchise and set their own prices. An example is their shop brand ibuprofen 96 pack 200mg. Their price is $13.99. It's $5.99 for a brand name at chemist warehouse, or $6.39 at Coles. Pensioners use this chemist and low income earners.
No thanks to the young male Pharmacist I spoke to yesterday when I was struggling with my first ever escript. I was obviously not well and you couldn't have cared less. You are a discredit to your profession and to Terry White.

Arrived 4 minutes before close and denied an asthma puffer. Closing at 6 mean at 6 not 5:55. Train your staff
Very shocked medication labelling was incorrect twice..... A month has gone by before its been detected & now correct. I feel im no better all because of a mistake. Im told measures are in place so this does not happen again.
The staff here are outstanding in service to their customers. Every consideration is given to the needs of the young to the old. For not'so-well or elderly there are chairs to sit on while waiting. A small private consulting room. An automated delivery of pills and potions once the pharmacists orders. All in all prescriptions are turned around very quickly. Good stock at lowest prices in the main shop area.
I had a fantastic visit yesterday to get my AZ vaccine. The team at TW Burpengary are friendly, helpful, efficient, and they made the whole process quick, easy and most importantly painless. I'll be back soon for jab #2. Thanks guys!
A lot of the criticisms like all reviews can be quite biased! I've been into this store many times and the staff are always great! yes they are busy, but always offer great advice, and are friendly and helpful! As for price matching, a lot of pharmacies do that, and is not a deception. They advertise that they price match all through the store. On the spot dispensing is great as it saves time if you are in a hurry, I would recommend great clinical advice here over cheap warehouses any day
