Lovely staff onsite, always willing to explain prescription dosage, and actively make an effort to remember their clients. I want to make a special note of Hamah If I have remembered the name tag correctly!. She went above and beyond helping us with getting a cream authorised for usage at our daycare, and even went to double check with the pharmacist on duty to ensure that the procedure was correct. I am more than content with this TerryWhite being our local chemist.

Very bad service.Not even a single customer in store,Staff are simply chatting and not even bothered to direct the customer .And also telling they can’t do statuatory declarations.Don’t like to come again.

My local, always happy to help, have been coming here for a while now. No major complaints. Pricing on the vitamins is very high though, id love to purchase my vitamins here at the same time as my scripts, however when your paying less than half the price at other pharmacies I just can't justify it... sorry team

Above and beyond expectations every single time. All the staff here are incredibly friendly and they genuinely care about their customers. The various Chemists that have helped me over the years have always taken extra time to qualify my needs which makes you feel so comfortable and in good hands. Perfect customer service every time.

Hi There to the all customers Please check expiry dates on the items which you buy from this pharmacy I Bought the following Bioglan vitamins for my 9 years old Son from this pharmacy, they sold me 6 months ago expired vitamins. i didn’t realised my son he found after a week he asked me dad it’s been expired 6 months ago Not happy at all . They very rude , when i went back to the pharmacy to ask them they are very rude , and they said them going to call security guy.But i got my money refund. My request to all the customers please check expiry date on all the products which you buy from this place.

Came in here recently for the first time whilst on shift for work, so thankful to the team who went above and beyond to help me in supporting one of my clients. After dealing with the dreadfully rude staff at another pharmacy, they were so kind here and did all they could to resolve the issue regarding patient safety net. Will most certainly be back!

Love this Chemist! Friendly, caring and informative. Staff are very approachable. Fantastic community support. We recently entered their raffle in aid of Ovarian Cancer research, and we WON a fabulous prize! Thank you so very much for everything you all do.

Went to get a prescription and was told to wait for 15 minutes. After waiting patiently for 40 minutes when I went upto the counter and asked where my order was at I was told my prescription has expired. Why wasn't I told 40 minutes back? I was waiting in front of them the whole time. Please respect everybody's time and be a little less rude next time around!

I am very happy to call Terry White Chemist in Clyde my dependable place for medications, gifts etc. The opening hours are perfect. The staff are really friendly to me and helpful. Occasionally they are busy so it is difficult for them to attend both registers, but they always apologise. I visited today, dashed in, grabbed what I needed and paid, all within 1 minute. Thumbs up.
