They refused to refund an item that I purchased which I realised was expired after coming home. Said not their responsibility anymore as they don't accept returns on supplements. When I called the Priceline customer service they said yes it is their responsibility to refund the expired item. Went to the St Germain Priceline and they refunded it without question. Be careful they will sell you expired products.

Great experience in this pharmacy today!! It’s the first time I’ve felt this in awhile! Your staff on today were kind, caring and just friendly in general! I interacted with the lady behind the front desk, the lady behind the prescriptions desk and one of the doctors there too. Everyone one of them greeted me with a warm smile and positive attitude! Thank you

I recently visited the pharmacy to have some documents certified. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the service I received. The staff were quite rude during my visit. Additionally, I was surprised to learn that they charge $5 for certifying each document, whereas other pharmacies typically provide this service for free. This unexpected cost and the unfriendly attitude of the staff left me feeling dissatisfied with my experience. I hope they can improve their customer service and pricing policies in the future

I visited the pharmacy to request a refund for a faulty product I purchased online. The lady I spoke to, named Tamia, was friendly. She directed me to the store manager, Maggie. Priceline's policy stipulates that the item must be returned to the store from which it was dispatched, and typically, they cannot facilitate a refund otherwise. However, since I came all the way to the store, Maggie was willing to communicate with internal customer service to avoid the lengthy. Maggie demonstrated exceptional empathy and responsibility by advocating for my needs as a customer. I wholeheartedly recommend this Priceline store  based on the excellent service.

JOSELINE! nCalled today inquiring about a product in stock. Spoke with a lady named Joseline. She was the nicest person I have ever spoken with on the phone! Her professionalism, her phone manner, her humour, kindness & just her initiative & willingness to help, was second to none. She had to go back multiple times to the shelf about to check names & colours of the product I was after & didn’t hesitate once or get annoyed by this. She was super nice & enthusiastic & I just want to say thank you Joesline! You are in customer service for the right reasons! Thank you for holding such a high standard to your job & making things smooth & tranquil for customers! You’re a legend girl
