Was hesitant to ask for help in regards to a perfume for my partner. A woman asks if I'd like some help which I decided to take her up on. I then ask about a particular scent to receive a shrug and not even get a single word reply until I just had to leave on my own accord. very poor customer service. Why bother asking if I even need assistance??
Had the most upsetting experience in this store 1.5 weeks ago. Needed to exchange just 1 item out of 7 I had purchased on the weekend. Staff were okay & called the manager, who has now been identified as Cindy Beverige via another upset customer This woman was beyond rude & embarrassed me. I have reported to Head Office & also wrote a FB review, which has been removed, as clearly Cindy the manager runs the Terry White Chemart Knox FB Page. DO NOT SHOP THERE. A very unpleasant experience. Yes, I had all receipts & item was sealed & still in Terry White Chemart carry bag.
Went to Knox Terry white Chemist today looking for calcium tablets and this person who works there decided to stand right in front of me while I was looking for tablets. I said to him I couldn't see. Instead of getting out of my way, he said sorry and stood there until I went away. What a great customer service.
Pharmacist doesn't listen when asked not to give generic on prescription and then they try to charge double what the name brand is worth. Would not even consider going back here for my prescriptions again.
Great service, had my prescription ready in a few minutes. Pharmacist personally helped me with my daughter and her cough as well. Even got a voucher!
Feels like a McDonalds store, would you like fries with your order. Everything is value add. The lights are bright, something that I think is a marketing gimmick, it works.
They have this high tech medication dispensing robot there which made scripts super quick. Nice to see a pharmacy keeping up with the times!
