Helpful personal service. Prescriptions cost the same as the big yellow and red ‘category killer’ - despite what they claim. Happy to support a real, local business and not a corporate machine.
Clean and tidy, helpful and friendly staff
The staff were below average. They offered to assist me yet it came across with very a negative attitude. The Woman working on the shop floor could have been a bit nicer....

Have been coming here for 10 odd years. Never had a problem, the staff here has always been very kind and hepful. Until my last visit. He was extremely rude, as was his co-worker, not willing to help, he spent more time justifying why he wouldn't help me than actually trying to help me which would have taken 2 seconds. Really disappointing as i have always trusted this pharmacy and unfortunately will not be returning as I do not want to subject myself to that again. Sad times. I wish Mr. Chew had not retired. He left behind not the greatest staff who put blame on others and do not take responsibility, rather just blame others. :

No problems here. Friendly, helpful staff. No third degree when buying OTC medication. In and out in a couple of minutes. A+. :
