Do your research before buying from here. The cars had no info on them, not even prices or the year/kms etc. The sales person was pushy and the only source of information about the cars. He tried to tell me a certain car had a ‘4 or 5 star safety rating’ after I said that’s what I was looking for. I’ve done extensive research on that particular car and know for a fact it’s a 3 star. I’ll assume with good will that he wasn’t intentionally being misleading but the fact there’s no information or prices on the cars made me immediately suspicious. If you weren’t diligent you could end up with something you didn’t want. Do your research before going to any dealer.

Right, I highly recommend to go and experience at the cheapest car yard in Palmy or the whole country. Why am I saying that because he's the best dealer to deal with and easy to negotiate with your budget. He is honest, hard working person and always try to keep all the customers happy about the sell price. He is importing high quality used cars straight from Japan to NZ and he's been running this business for a long time. I just try to memorize how many cars I have bought from him because I bought a few cars of him such as -7 seater Mitsubishi outlander for my friend -Toyota Passo for myself - Nissan Murano for father in-law - Toyota Passo for my older friend - Mazda Axela hatchback for my friend from Wellington - Axela sedan also for myself - Mazda Demio for my friend - Toyota Vits for my friend - Toyota ISIS for my close friend - Toyota Voxy also for my close friend - another Toyota Vits for my brother in-law - Honda civic for my new friend - Mazda Verisa for my sister in-law - Mazda Biante for my friend and a few more I just can't think of for the moment. So, obviously I'm on behalf of these friends and families for being a lots of experience with Thomas and will be in the future too. He will never let you down. All those cars we bought from that yard, they're all still running on the roads as reliable cars. Do not walk pass and ignore that car yard for all the buyers. Really great experience working with Thomas. I was able to get my car at a discounted price and he sorted everything swiftly and efficiently for me. Buying my car was a very easy experience and I will not be going anywhere else in the future except Terans Auto Traders. Recommend this place 100%.
Could not fault their service. Thomas was a lovely individual who put a lot of faith in us. Extremely satisfied with our purchase including the extra mile he went to accommodate our purchase. You could see that he is a hard worker and although he was hard to understand at times, he always treated us with the respect and generosity overall. I told Thomas and Rinu what I was looking for and my budget and they offered me an awesome vehicle at a great price. Thomas went out of his way to ensure a towbar was fitted, the stereo was compatible with nz radio stations, and the car was absolutely immaculate when I went to pick it up. Super helpful with sorting finance, registering the vehicle and doing the pre purchase inspection and wof. Would highly recommend Terans autos traders if you're looking at buying a good quality vehicle. Thanks
