We had an absolutely brilliant experience with ANZA specifically Ben Lloyd-West who assisted us with the purchase of a brand new caravan. We were after a specific model and hunted up and down the country for it to no avail. Fortunately, Ben called us back after locating one and arranged it’s shipping from the UK. We found Ben to be amazing throughout the entire process. As semi-new caravaners we had a lot of questions along the way and Ben was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He made the process easy and communicated well throughout. We would definitely deal with Ben and the wider ANZA team again in the future. Thanks for all your help Ben!
Anza were fantastic when we bought our Abbey Freestyle Caravan a couple of years ago. There were issues which they fixed asap and a prolonged problem with the fridge was fixed by buying a new one to replace it. Ben was so patient with us. So glad we went through a dealer. Would happily purchase through them again
We bought a motorhome from ANZA and found them to be very accommodating with absolutely no pressure. We have had a couple of minor issues with the motorhome and they were very supportive in getting them resolved. We would definitely go to them again when looking for another vehicle.
I bought a brand new Benimar 202 from this company. They fitted a solar panel and it blew off within 1 month! They also broke the battery cover, the internal door handle, the seat support, cross screwed the seat bolts back in, and badly scratched the perspex windows when giving it the pre handover wash. They didn't tell me about the damages but tried to hide them. i.e. used cable tie to try and stop the door handle from coming off! They did, after many, many attempts to get it sorted, replace the door handle, seat support and battery cover. I have not been compensated for the solar panel as I chose to have it replaced by professional solar fitters and also wanted a second panel. I didn't trust Anza Motors to do it! My whole experience with this company has been very disappointing. Once I paid the money they weren't interested! NB. I am pleased to be able to report that once Kerry found out about the issues I have had, he immediately contacted me and offered me his apologies and a satisfactory resolution. I very much appreciate his gesture to put this right!
Beware of there advertisers drove up from Wellington specially to view their extensive range of motor homes on deplay. Absolute waste of time no selection at all, 5 units 2 of same model. On the car lot another 3 ex rentals all same.
My wife and I bought a Motorhome in 2017. Just recently we had an issue dating back quite a few month. Mr Kerry Jones contacted us and we are convinced that it will be very hard to find a better response and amazing service anywhere in NZ than what we expierenced from ANZA in Palmerston North. Went here a few months back, hoping to buy a motorhome. We went in ours and thought we could trade it. They never went inside ours and stood at the front and made a ridiculous offer. Saw two we liked too. Never mind their loss
I never understood why people told me that car dealers are the scum of the Earth until I had the unpleasurable experience of dealing with this lot. Nearly 7 months down the track and 5 trips back to the dealer for week or longer stays and they still haven't managed to fix the same "minor fault" their words that occurred the day after driving off the lot. I found their sales style pressuring, pushy and all-round unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere as it isn't worth the hassle.
