Thanks so much Andy. You were exceptional and by being so nice we returned and bought a brand new car. Jeremy made the paperwork side of things very easy and would not hesitate to recommend these awesome guys. Many many thanks. The car was exactly as Andy told us it would be and made it to the East Coast with ease. Love my  red Hyundai i20 cross affectionately called Poppet..

Excellent reception by Leah Robson and excellent dealings with Craig Clouston, when I dropped off the i20 from my in laws. Upon pick up late in the afternoon Craig took all the time to explain to my elderly dad the bill and what had been done to the car with the big service.
Upon driving home felt a great difference in driving and handling - excellent job.

We are so impressed with Andy and the team at McVerry Crawford. We were interested in a used Hyundai Santa Fe but not based in Palmerston North, so had lots of questions! We were a little nervous about making such a big purchase without viewing first but Andy's honesty, integrity and communication skills were exceptional. The vehicle is exactly as expected and we love it. We also dealt briefly with Ben in Finance, who was fantastic. Thanks guys, we will be recommending!
