On 29 Nov my husband visited sector 63 noida outlet and bought ur product for more than 5 thousand size was shared by me telephonically next day on 30th dec I went there personally with my husband and changed few pieces worth Rs 2000 as the cup sizes are different and there was no trail room I took with the advise of sales girls there unfortunately except one Piece rest were not fit so I went today there to change the size only the lady sitting there disclosed that she is managing four store of body care in noida was not ready to listen and refused to change the size as I m regularly using jockey products size mismatched with body care products she argued illogically and misbehaved she was so egoistic too so my husband asked me to leave all my bought items all upper wear to the outlet only as it was useless for me ….. I request body care team to distribute all given/ left items to the needy It’s lesson for me not to buy bodycare products and I request all customers to re think before u buy
Purchase Experience from Bodycare Outlet, Aarza Square Noida Extionsion is very poor, sales representative behaviour and talking language and attitude is worst towards customer, do not visit that outlet, even i complaint at their customer care department but received very unsatisfactory solutions. Outlet staff can misbehave with you till any limit with unprofessional language and tone, and not body will listen about your query and complaint later on, so better don't visit that outlet if your really care about your reputation.
Body care products are very bad, I bought underwear from sec63 Noida store. Within one hour underwear got damage and after that next day I visited the store and inform them store's person , no one was giving proper reply and misbehaving. I suggest to everyone , don't buy this product. They are making fool of customer.
I purchased a product and paid through paytm. Amount was deducted from my account which I confirmed by calling paytm customer care right in front of the owner and staff. Still they denied it and i had to pay twice for the same product. They were very rude and didn't have any manners. Also the product is below expectation

Hi Team, as i purchased some products from your side but your rate are too high.It is your company and when buy bodycare products from outside like shops, or amazon,flipkart , rate are low.but here, only you give 20% on MRP and MRP is too high .i feel like cheated .i tell to others not buy at your stores.
