For the 2nd time in a few months have gone in with my Dad having some technical issues and also him wanting to change his phone plan. The staff have been more than helpful on each occasion. A special thanks to the guy who helped yesterday who sorted Dads flip phone out even though it wasn't purchased from Telstra
Had an unreal experience with the team at Karingal, Dane Might be Dale and Jessica went above and beyond to squeeze me into an appointment after havng a shocker of an experience with another carrier. Was a really rough day trying to figure it all out but I left with the issue resolved for the timebeing and with a smile on my face from being helped out by geniune people with great service.
Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I only wanted a ph charger cable. Got there on opening, sales person asked if l had an app, l stated l was only after a ph charger cable,so just walked into the store. Wanted some help, went over to another sales guy sitting at a computer,he replied, l'll go get the guy at the front as you need to book an app. C'mon a 30 second sale for a booking. Walked out & went across to opposition Vodaphone who went above & beyond to help. Telstra Karingal-YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
If you turn me away when all I want to do is lock myself in for two years, upgrade my plan and buy a $2000 phone then there is no service. You have a shop to serve people

Quick enough to take money for new phone, but couldn’t transfer data or do an iCloud back up. Sent me home telling me it was easy to do myself! So easy you couldn’t do it and guess what, neither can I!!!!
Terrible service here. I wanted to upgrade my iPhone and got told I was unable to do it due to the store being a franchise and my current contract was over 12 months and I had to go to a company store. Called another franchise store to confirm this who said it was a blatant lie and they just wanted to preserve their stock for new customers as it was better for their business. Ended up going to another store who looked after me much better than these bunch of liars. Don't waste your time...
Harrison, was very obliging, polite and with trying to help me fix my issue with phone, changed my faulty sim card which was thought to be the issue. He smept to me to be very professional and I feel an asset to your company.
Dale and Emile are two of the most pathetic individuals I've come across at australias most expenseaive network provider. They couldn't scan my drivers license, informing my presence or license wouldn't properly confirm who I am and sent me on my way informing me the best solution is to call telstras general number... the same number that sent me instore initially. My advice go somewhere that can achieve a higher rating than 2.9 stars because Dale and Emile are incapable of providing the most basic service.
I have been with telstra for 22 years and never have a experienced such poor service in my life. I have had to come to this store twice in 6 months and each time I have been made to feel like a second rate citizen. Their knowledge of services, phones and technologie is not up to standard for the industry. I highly recomend taking the extra time and going to the Frankston, bayside store.
