We Have 3 services with telstra. Today i was told my phone had been wet and they will not cover it under the plan we are on. I told them the phone had never been wet. They didnt want to know about it. The service at kingaroy is a joke. save the drama and go else where. Thats what we are in the process of doing as we type this. SHAME ON KINGAROY TELSTRA.

They have a queueing system, ready for this popular store.  They are quite good at fixing your problems.

I had a Terrible experience with ,2 of the staff. The senior member was extremely rude and basically accused me of lying. I did eventually get a replacement phone which is now playing up. I do not want to go back to this shop

Very rude staff who don’t even let you finish asking your question before they interrupt you with an answer...I had to ask her to please let me finish...then I got a very rude answer
