We got great service from Tiff. We were disappointed with the short time that our pop up firepit mesh had lasted. Tiff offered us either a full refund or a 33% discount on a replacement mesh.nTiff was friendly, interested and helpful.

I am currently setting up for my big lap as a complete newby to the solar, battery, gas run etc for my new home on wheels. I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from ‘Tiff’ at the Kingaroy store for all my major purchases. Tiff explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. Making sure I could deal with the set ups etc for someone that literally didn’t have a clue. She was patient, polite and 101% professional. Thank you Tiff. She is an asset to BCF and has assured my return business to BCF for all my travelling needs.
