Good stock but sadly felt very unwelcome. Felt like I was a massive hassle. As a paying customer, I bought something in the end as needed it. But constantly was reminded by owner that he was too busy. Maybe caught them on a bad day. But close the shop if you don’t want people walking in!! Anyway - apart from that shop was great and well stocked. I want to be fair with my review so in the end i think if you give them plenty of warning for a repair they’ll be able to help a lot. Don’t call unannounced!
Not very helpful. Working in town and thought would take the opportunity to get my bike serviced locally. The response was not very welcoming for an area that gets a lot of bike tourists to the local Rail Trail. Comment was I look after my customers first and I could leave the bike next week and if no other work came in the meantime he might be able to help. Didn't even offer me a booking.
Pete really knows his stuff! Any questions about the bike he knew! Great range of products and gives open and honest advice. Recommend this shop if you are visiting the South Burnett!
Not very helpful wasn't worth my time walking into the shop wasn't very welcoming at all and once Question was asked no suggestions made on their behalf or even offered to help get the product in
