Had my Harley serviced and a few repairs done. The guys were great, everything was spot on, prices were fair. Won’t hesitate to take either of my bikes there for any future work
went in and asked for a $8.00 part, not interested, wouldn't entertain the idea of ordering it from Kawasaki, said there isnt a market for it. called Brisbane motorcycles and they had it on the shelf and it is now on its way to me, considering i have bought my bike BRAND NEW from them and had several serviced with them, im done will no longer go anywhere near them. you lot just lost a customer today. support your local businesses they say, pretty hard when they dont care
Customer service is non-existent, Rude both in person and on the phone with no phone mannerisms what so ever. Excuses after excuses when enquiring about finish/start times or general follow up questions in relation to anything. Will not recommend this place to anyone and will stress to not go here for anything. Make the journey and go somewhere reputable.
Purchased my motorcycle and optional parts from here. Great service, excellent deal and pleasant staff. Very willing to help with all my Kawasaki needs.
