A big thank you to Aleisha-Service Consultant and Brock-Mechanic, who gave me assistance with a fault light on my dash in my CX3. I just assumed that the fob battery had died. Brock determined that a damp electric tail gate button was the cause of the warning light, this was caused by putting the car thru a car wash earlier in the day. He did this by using gadgetry. Brock wiped the effected area dry and eventually the warning light turned itself off. I'm grateful for the immediate care given on a Friday afternoon. It's bad enough for these to happen but particularly so when one is on the road without much time to spare. Thanks again. Will.

I spoke over the phone for a general question. As I’m new to the whole car experience I thought it was a valid question about trade ins. Instead was made to feel belittled and the man was overly aggressive. I ended the phone call with a thankyou and goodbye as I didn’t see a reason to argue or continue the conversation. Then had a shower so my kids didn’t have to see their mum crying. Would not recommend
