I came to buy an IPhone 14 pro max 1 month ago. The seller was very nice and helpful. But I bought a screen and lenses protection and they put it on the phone, but not good at all. The front glass protection is not straight, so does not protect well. The protection of the screen was not good at all also, it damaged the process of the photos and videos it remained blurry as the protection was badly put on.. I had to put it off. 100$ of lost for the protection of my phone.
Worst service I have ever seen. They literally had 3 team members all serving 1 guy as we wait out in the rain as they won't allow more than 1 customer in the store at once.This has nothing to with covid.
Avoid going here to get a new contract/phone; Go to Audiocom - no having to book in via app or getting refused entry due to not having an appointment. I was in and out of Audiocom in less than 45mins.
Third store visit today over 7 days, after waiting a week being told I’d be contacted by Telstra regarding an issue to fix. All I’m wanting is the phone that I have on hold for me. Over six hours of liaising with Telstra today to no avail. Told by head office Telstra that they could fix the issue, the store told me they couldn’t. Was messaged by Telstra to say ask them for a couple of minutes more to rectify the issue. Was essentially shown the door as my appointment time had run out. I appreciate being squeezed in between appointments but this run around is beyond a joke now. Not even an apology from any staff in store for the inconvenience.
Wouldn’t waste your time - shop closes between 12-1 for lunch so had to go back next day got there at 11 to buy a new phone be a customer for +25 years told to come back after 1 as they didn’t have time to assist - told to go to Audicom - they don’t want your business
am on a 160 a month plan for a 11 maxpro , paided the plan, phone got cracked and now doesnt work, a phone store that doesnt take calls during the day voice bots tells you to leave contact details at which they never call back. There customer service is terrible.
Service was slow, had to wait over a hour. Saying that, the assistant that helped me was great, informative and pleasant Staff numbers were extremely poor but staff shortages are common nowadays in all areas.
My iPhone broke when I was on holidays in Albany. The team at Telstra was very helpful and even stayed back late to ensure I got a new phone and everything was sorted for me. Very friendly and considerate service.
Excellent service this morning 6 Jan 2022 from Shannon when we called in to ask about the slow speeds on our mobile data plan. We are traveling around the country and have found the data signal in Albany woeful. He acknowledged there are congestion problems in Albany with a rapidly increasing population. He offered to change our SIM which we did and other suggestions to improve the speed via the option of getting a mobile phone with a Telstra tick and/or a Range Extender. He was patient, courteous, respectful and in no hurry to finish our session answering all our questions to our satisfaction. Before we saw him we also observed how well he dealt with an elderly man taking care of his needs in an unhurried and patient manner. Whilst Telstra gets knocked for a number of reasons, some deservedly !, we would like to acknowledge the work of these fine young people like Shannon. Message to the bigwigs at Telstra - please do something to improve your signal capacity or towers to alleviate the speed issue in Albany which is appalling.
Most unhelpful people and no consideration for small business. Very small business unfriendly.
