Omg I’m furious I tried to call the Telstra shop on Spencer street Bunbury the 1300 provided  mo land line number ! I called  they would not allow me to speak with anyone there ! Because I’m not a business !! All I wanted was to purchase an iPad

Waited just shy of two hours on hold to get a hold of a representative, to find myself giving up after receiving a voicemail with one of their rep's identifying a 'couple of concerns' with our account.  Couldn't be that much of a worry to make someone wait that long to receive customer service.

My partner purchased a phone today.When she arrived home she needed assistance in setting the phone so called for help.Left a message and was told the person she wanted to speak with would call her back.This never happened. Very poor attitude for which there is no excuse.Very disappointed.

I have 5 phone plans + internet through telstra. Service with this company is always slow, as u all know. Called about part of my contact not being delivered and never heard back from them!!!

I recently upgraded my  phone and plan with Telstra Business in Bunbury. The ladies who i dealt it,helped me decide which phone would be suitable for my needs.  They went out of their way to help me and provided exceptional customer service. I have since been back to see them regarding a issue i had and nothing was too much trouble for them.  It's a shame more businesses dont provide this type of customer service.
