dont. brought my machine down for a dust clean and to "REPLACE" my heatsink 

instead after 4-5 days they didnt order a new heatsink instead figured it was better to keep the old broken one but to pretty one remove one of the fans and tie cable ties around it O__________________O "oh we'll order a new heatsink in"  

worse part was when i asked for them to turn it on and it then had repeated beeping noises then turned off, "oh a ram issue we've plugged it into the wrong area" kk fair enough

but the beeping still continues, by removing one of my rams it now turns on

Computer repair ... yeah..... 1/10 do it yourself save the trouble

Outstanding service. Came to my home the next day, installed the router worked with Telstra to make sure the connection was made and went the extra mile to answer my questions. Now I have coverage throughout the property. Chris is very knowledgeable.
