We stopped in for dinner last night. There was 1 lady who was taking orders, running food out and clearing tables. She was incredible, no one ever had to wait and she was so efficient. And the food... well we have 3 very fussy kids who loved the nuggets and spaghetti! We had the Steak and Schnitzel Mexican and they were both cooked to perfection and great serving sizes. All in all, we were pleasantly surprised, and would highly recommend this place for both the quality of food and service!
Attend this venue for dinner mid week on a family getaway. The team were nothing short of exceptional. They were short of a team member in the dining area but it did not stop the two young girls running the bistro and the bar from tag teaming and providing a memorable experience. The meals were amazing and great value for the size. I could not recommend this venue higher if you're in the area. I will definitely be back again.
We booked for 15 people in the dining. Food and Service was fantastic. Meals were huge and delicious and the staff were wonderful with the Birthday cake. We all went back for breakfast the next day .
BISTRO: I had meal at the Grand Hotel Pub today while visiting Healesville. I wasn’t expecting much, but to my surprise it well exceeded my expectation I had Chicken Scallopini it was so nice and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I also asked for veg and salad instead of chips and salad and the vege’s were cooked perfect - plate was full no skimping on portions - very satisfied.nnAnd which I forgot to mention ... the girls working in the Bistro area were so lovely and helpful.
We had a fantastic gluten-free meal at the Grand Hotel Healesville. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure to accommodate for our allergies with great care. The meal was absolutely delicious, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!
