Stop in today for a late lunch with my 2 kids. Ordered 3 Porterhouse meals with salad and chips. Our meals were absolutely delicious. Steaks were cooked to perfection and cheesy garlicbread fantastic for starters. Hats off to the Chef. Great work.
Had a wonderful meal here tonight, the food was cooked perfectly, the chips were seasoned just right, drinks were well priced and the staff were attentive , well presented and friendly. BONUS won the meat raffle.nTHANKS GRAND FOR A GREAT NIGHT OUT.
While the location and ambience are good, the food is average. The risotto we ordered was very under cooked. Thanks to the server Corrie, she came by to check how we went. She then brought it up with the chef and the manager. The risotto was cooked again and this time it was better. Thanks Corrie!nThere were some toys, books and puzzles so that was great to keep the kids busy!
A group of 10 of us came for dinner on a Saturday night. We all ordered together and two people were missing their meals. They came out twice to check our order and disappeared again. My husband ended up having to get up to find out what was happening with our friends’ meals. Finally one came then the wait continued for the other! Our friend’s meal ended our coming up an hour after the rest of us were finished, and only after multiple requests.nThe meal was lukewarm as we were told it had been sitting in the food warmer for an hour as they did not know who it belonged to. I don’t blame the young staff but the manager/boss needs to look at h the business and apologise when there is an error made. No accountability as all was taken.nDisappointed patrons.
Had dinner here last night and staff kept walking past not collecting our plates even after we ordered dessert, meals were average. Came back for breakfast and again couldn’t be served had to go up and ask to be served. After waiting so long we left.
