I’m disabled with a brain injury and sometimes I have a lot of difficulty understanding how to Complete tasks like for example using flybuys dollars and having to transfer from Flybuys to the Flybuys card say that I may purchase my groceries with the Flybuys dollars. I asked the lady at the checkout if she may help me to understand how I can do this and she said I don’t know. ring Flybuys and I said I have the app which I tried to show her and she said I don’t know and so I had to struggle through to try and understand how to do this because after all I’ve spent a considerable amount over the proceeding months & so I had to ask my support worker who showed me how to do it. At the end of the day this is a Coles promotional type product & I would have thought it would be reasonable to expect a little help from a Coles checkout assistant who does this day in day out.nFootscray service at Toorak prices.

Shocked me, first supermarket anywhere where they have changed serviced registers to self serve with only 3 manned Registers....won't be going there again...n to all STAFF ANYWHERE, you may think it's great and modern..GUESS WHATnLESS JOBS FOR PEOPLE.....WAKEY WAKEY TO CUSTOMERS, where are you/your kids going to get work experience if if everything is self serve...YOU/Everyone are putting people out of jobs.... Kids will get no experience...you DO NOT get STAFF DISCOUNT, SUPER, HOLIDAY PAY....yet you are PAYING MORE and stopping YOUR kids from getting a job...Are you AWAKE YET
Brought a leg of lamb. Still well in use by date. Big one, not cheap. Gave it to the son in law he opened it only to find out it was green and stinky. Makes me question their meat process. Temperature wise. Got a full refund. But how embarrassing giving it to the son in-law like that. Not happy. Then of course you have to return it explaining the condition of it. Just a hassle. Should have gone to the butcher
