Store sells exclusive items at high end prices and quality. Ladies are very friendly and polite and helpful. Ordered an item not within store and it arrived within few days. However the shelves were empty of that particular company and yet on line there is plenty of stock. If looking for a high quality gift maybe you will find it here.

No after sales service. Purchased a faulty batch of Kina cups two years ago where the glaze was too thin and caused staining. Store owner never rang when product returned; instead waited until we next came in to give us the bad news - no replacement offered. Won't be shopping here again.

Favourite place to visit when I want something a little bit special for the home or as a gift. Taylor Road is also carries a range of Wallace Cotton products for the home. Staff are very helpful and provide great service.

Great shop. Taking advantage of closing down sale. Always buy my peppermint, green and orange pekoe tea at taylor road
