Brought 2 large pantry basket exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend these to other costumers.

I could spend hours in this shop. Great range and very good prices. Cheaper than what  i expected. Lovely helpful staff.

I absolutely love this store and the staff are so sweet. I've been in frequently in the last few weeks and am always greeted with a smile. The staff are keen as to help and suggest products that would work for you. Highly recommend.

Update : rang the Auckland store , who sorted it for me by ringing the Palmerston North store . Do this if you do have any issues.  Rude staff,  overpriced . Have tried to get a store credit with proof of purchase as the baskets ended up being too small for my bathroom  and they refused. Even though I rang up the head office to ask them if they could do that with an eftpos receipt and they said yes they could, the palmerston north staff are not. Not that they can't,  they refuse to. Might want to follow the nationwide policy- and perhaps as other reviewer suggested a communication course- how to treat your customers right so you get repeated ones   anyway , can buy this online cheaper. Will not be shopping here again.

Lady was very rude, In fact so rude we decided against giving this place our custom & discontinued shopping, would never step foot in this store again, definitely the first and last time. Perhaps the staff could benefit from completing an effective communication course.

Great staff, they're very helpful. I always find something to organise some aspect of my home! There are some things that are cheaper elsewhere but that's pretty normal. They have many great deals
