Appalling. Lodged incorrect BAS Statements, over multiple periods. Did not reconcile bank accounts before preparing and lodging BAS returns. They didn't even give me the opportunity to review the trial balances before lodging to the ATO. Claimed to have done work that was done by the new accountant, before they swooped in to lodge the return, despite them not doing it.  Needed to engage another accountant to rectify what they had done at a significant cost. When asked how they could lodge accurate BAS statements without reconciling the bank accounts, they ignored the question and then sent me a $3000 invoice for the "preparation" of one BAS statement with the threat of forwarding it to debt collectors if not paid. Avoid these guys.
