The last few days, has seen me consider closing the Bendigo and opening up somewhere else! I now know the issue was, it was so simple for bank staff at a different branch, it was fixed in less than a minute! My husband is the kind of person, he says EXACTLY what he's thinking and I step on to diffuse the moment. The 2 ladies, made us feel like we were gullible, trying to get in on a get rich quick scheme! We were trying to access a very well known and used link, to send statements to a company.  We were told these 2 ladies had never seen the link before. I've used it myself several times successfully. All I have to say is get about more and be aware of what's happening, so you can help customers instead of making them feel stupid!
