Target is my favourite store I always buy in store and online ..nThe old lady with long grey hair at the customer service desk is rude and looks like she hates her job this is not the first time I see her this way .nShe never smile or apologise if she can’t return your item or if she is late to serve the customer, when I rang the bell today she was inside she said “ won’t be long “ with an attitude .nI came to return an item and she was super dry with me.nSeriously I don’t feel comfortable when I see her at the customer service desk I don’t feel welcomed when she is there .nOther staff members are good, kind and helpful .nTo be honest I started to hate target because of her .nHer name is cherylee Larden .nA smile is one of the most natural and effortless expressions we can make. It's a universal sign of happiness, joy, and warmth, and it can brighten up someone's day in an instant. Plus, it's contagious, so it can spread positivity and good vibes to those around us!
I was served by two old white ladies and they both have such horrible attitudesnThey made the Return process so difficult it was actually disgustingnI think they thought the funds were coming out of their pockets!!nThey asked me a million questions
WHERE IS THE CASHIER?nnI rang the store had something put aside. Amazing customer service. Went into the store picked it up from the customer service section. Again a good interaction with the staff very easy.nnThis was probably the first time in a long time where I worked around the store and had a good experience.nnHaving a good time on the happiness scale in the store then all of a sudden from high down to low happinessnnWHY?nnI go to check out looking for the cashier no where to be seen ONLY cashier less check out. I even asked one of the workers, he pointed me towards the cashier less checkout.nnSo Target Australia so after I had a long day at work. I come into your store to relax winddown and indulge myself in spending money in your store.nnYou expect me to work there to?nnI don't want to do the cashiers job.nnI want to be greetednnI want to stand there lazy at the cashier as I relax in my slides.nnwhile the person scans my product and puts it in the bag and gives it to me.nnI pay and off I go simple.nnyesterday I made a rule, if there is no cashier I wont shop there. Simple.nnToday you lose one customer.nnI rather shop the local store. where I can still expect good customer service at the checkout.

I seldom see great service these days. This week was a refreshing change.nnI feel compelled to put pen to paper to highlight the wonderful service I received this week at Target Merrylands. The young fellow’s name was John Bahoun not sure of spelling. He could see that I was spending considerable time in one location and offered his help. He stayed with me until the correct model of product was found. It was a complex choice but he was undaunted by that and did everything possible to gather the required information.nnDuring this time, he was pleasant, friendly and courteous.nnWhat a great young man.
