Worst BigW store in NSW. Customer service is terrible. I have filed a complaint ticket number 9001168556 still haven’t received a call from the store manager. My daughter didn’t receive a Disney card because our purchase was short of 5 cent. We spent $29.95 but had to spend $30. But we did notice before people getting Disney cards even if they spend $15. My daughter cried all day.
Big W store in Merrylands shopping mall. Reasonable collection of dress items, accessories, household utilities and many more. Reasonable prices and good discounts available.
Big W is great! This store layout is similar to most others and so it's familiar and while Kmart gets a lot of hype I'm just not that keen on their own branded products palming it off as the latest and greatest and their ridiculous checkout area. Big W is a mix of brands and own branded products. 4 stars because stuff is showing as in stock at this store but not on the shelves. Really annoying when you travel over for this.
Went and got my groceries, looked good from the outside but fresh vegetables were terrible ,fresh chicken was terrible,chicken breadt was all dried up . Won't be shopping their again
I noticed there was no one standing in front of Ana so I decided to go to her. She didn't acknowledge me as she was scrolling through her mobile phone. She looked up asked if I wanted a bag. Then one of her colleagues arrived at work so lots of discussion between them happened. Then asked me if I wanted 10 percent off. If I wanted to go to a machine I would have. As I was packing my goods guess what Ana was back scrolling on her phone.
