Big W store in Merrylands shopping mall. Reasonable collection of dress items, accessories, household utilities and many more. Reasonable prices and good discounts available.

The girl on self serve, My, was very helpful in providing me with great service. She went out of her way to honour an an offer made online.

You’re suppose to open at 9:00 out here so many people waiting it’s 09:23 and you are still close. Poor time management

Came for the yarn.  The range is better than my local KMart, but nowhere near as good as the BigW in Bega, which seemed to be a similarly sized store. It's weird how stores can be so variable. Anyway, it was clean, well lit, and had a good BASIC range.nnI greatly appreciated the big blue signs hanging from the ceiling with the names of each department, most of them visible from the entry, which meant I didn't have to leave in frustration after wandering around the store like the lost tribes of Israel looking for the yarn section. The store is huge, has tons of stuff, and I might have to come back to see what else I can get there. Parking was good, too.
