I’m only commenting after seeing many other comments saying things like shelves are packed, helpful workers.nnFirstly you’re going to get more help from the back of your hand.nnThey do not have to correct stocktake count and this reflects on the website. Wonder how much money is spent paying workers to do nothing. Be a good place for your kid to work if they do not like to work.
What is happening with this Kmart ? Where is the management? This store is becoming so filthy and dirty it is unbelievable, unhygienic & unsafen! There is so much rubbish underneath of shelves, food, drinks, spillages everywhere , clothes on the floor shoved underneath of shelves and staff are just casually wondering around no one notices nothing. When I ask lady at cashier why is the store in such a mess she told me that cleaners are cleaning store every day and ask me is the other Kmart looking better? ..nIt is shame that Kmart high management allowed this.
Had tried to call several times on different days to see if they had some things in stock and they just don't answer. I also called Stocklands Merrylands centre management to check the phone number was correct and even they said they can never get through to them either - they're just that bad! Yet, got through fine to other stores Casula, Wetherill Park and the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. Maybe remove the phone number from search if the people that work there can't be bothered answering.
You guys have amazing products and a huge range with good value. But Your anko electronic stuff and appliances always break within 12 months.nnYou guys have an amazing anko bluetooth speaker, JBL quality, i bought 4, every single one of them the usb port failed in all 4 in a year. That is crazy... Air fryer, turning on and off randomly, beeping randomly within 2 months. No function after 5 months...nnLove Kmart but some of the Anko stuff needs ALOT of work.nnThe last Anko speaker I stocked up has broken again, this one in 3 days, had the same problem USB port, no stock for any decent speaker every time I check, never any USB-C headphones.nnIf you need a proper logistical manager let me know, I have a diploma in it. You are losing a ridiculous amount of money when half your electronics are out of stock. It's honestly disgraceful.
While I came in to drop this review, I saw several other reviews of how filthy this KMart is. I completely agree! We were in this area and dropped by to purchase something and I was blown away by how filthy the floors and the payment area is. KMart in general is disorganised with stuff lying around everywhere but that is something that is expected, however the store itself being filthy is neither expected nor acceptable. Management of KMart and Stockland Merrylands, please do something about this.
