I contacted Target Sunbury to check whether they had a pair of shoes in stock. The first thing I noticed about this store was that they answered the phone in less than three rings. This was a big positive in my eyes, as two other stores took more than 15 minutes to answer my call.nnThe young man who assisted me went to look for the shoes and kindly put them aside for me. When I arrived at the store to collect them, after travelling from the other side of town, I discovered they were the wrong style. The manager on duty, Karen, apologised for the error and inconvenience, especially as the shoes were not available on the floor. Karen then returned with a voucher to make up for the inconvenience, which I was not expecting but was very grateful for.nnAfter much searching, Karen eventually found the last pair on a mannequin.nnThe staff at this store, and especially the manager on the day, provided by far the best customer service I have ever experienced at any Target store across Melbourne.nnThank you, Karen.
Last Thursday night I came in and purchased a jumper! At the registers I noticed an older women being extremely rude to a younger worker just trying to do her job. Extremely upsetting to be honest the young girls face said it all she was red and looked like she was very stressed!
I went there today but at the beauty section I was looking at the moisturisers but it looked like there were the same ones I saw nearly a month ago and that customers are opening and using them. I also noticed they aren’t restocking. But other than that the workers are very polite

Hugh shopping area. Lots of parking spaces and designated spaces for special needs just in front of the entrance. Each section has well displayed signs; thus it is very easy to find your way. I like the toy and children books sections. I can find the stuff that is run out in other stores in Metropolitan Melbourne. Merchandise is cheaper in Target than its competitors. When it is on sale, I save a lot of money on books and toys. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Highly recommend for shopping .
