I went shopping in Big W Sunbury today,was very impressed by the customer service of Sarah,very patient,friendly and extremely helpful,also  good service from Jenny,and there was a friendly blonde lady in pink in self service area,she greeted me as I walked in the store and also when I left.Very happy with the lovely ladies.

I drove 27 km to Big W Sunbury to get a specific item for my daughter’s school dress-up day—a French costume a striped T-shirt. It showed as available at this store, but with such a large store layout, I was having trouble finding it.nnThat’s when Alisha came to the rescue! She was incredibly patient and kind, and went above and beyond to help. Not only did she guide me through the aisles, but she also spent nearly 15 minutes checking the backstore to locate the exact item I needed.nnEmployees like Alisha are true assets to the organisation. Her customer service and dedication made a big difference to my day. Thank you, Alisha!

This was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had in my entire life, the entire store layout has changed and not even the workers know where anything is. I went there for a gift for my son trading cards and I was looking for around 15 minutes and ended up having to ask a worker he pointed me in a direction and I still couldn’t find them, I ended up leaving the store with nothing.

Just what you would expect from a variety store. You can get 'everything' for your house in one place. From appliances, clothes, gardening, toys, cosmetics, computer games to school and toy needs. It is also a cost effective way to back up your digital photos with 10c prints next day pickup. Staff at the photo booth are also very friendly and helpful.

It's been a while since I stepped my foot at Big W Sunbury. Honestly, they're getting better than ever  Bought some clothes here and some household supplies
