Very bad customer service in the pharmacy for individuals with complex and ongoing medication requirements. There is a man who works on Saturdays who often laughs at my questions, corrects my pronunciation of medication, is unable to find documentation for me or have any empathy for a person who is working between hospital and local pharmacy. The system can be complex for a person like myself, and he simply finds it funny that I have questions. All other workers are lovely. I hate going to this pharmacy.
My husband went to pick up this order at Evans Street Sunbury, as I am disabled and unable to get to that store. I put the order in at a store close to his work for his convenience. I did not see where I could nominate him as the pick up person so assumed that having the email with the details would be enough for him to be able to collect. The staff refused to allow him to collect. He had me on the phone and they refused to talk to me, we offered FaceTime to show my ID and that was refused as well. They were very unhelpful, refusing to let my husband talk to the manager, they said the manager had gone home…so who was managing the shop if there wasn’t a manager on shift?? the staff were incredibly unhelpful. When he asked for help to find the products I had ordered on the shelves so he could purchase them they refused to help and opened my package and handed them to him and made him pay again for the items they refused to give him as my click and collect.
Mistake after mistake after mistake.nWake up dear pharmacists! Your job is too important for you to make so many mistakes with such serious products and issues.nCheap prices cannot come at the cost of peoples health and doing your job accurately.
The pharmacist part of this store is extremely poor at any level of customer service. After putting in a script and waiting 20 mins to be told they couldn’t fulfill a script which is ok but said the other store in Sunbury had it. Went to that store and they didn’t. Next time I put a script in, they ordered and said would call me. 3 days later I went back in and they said we couldn’t call as didn’t have my number. Then I had to suggest they record my phone number in case it’s needed again, and then this script they forgot to include the 2nd part of the script. Call up to ask and they just “we’ll just come back in and get”. I’d just confirm everything with them going forward as it appears several poor reviews also.
Worst customer service, made appointment and was told to sit and wait. 40 mins later still no COVID shot. Staff are under trained and customer service lacking. Store is grubby. Very displeased with my experience.
