Today I popped into Chemist Warehouse on Evans Street in Sunbury, and I left feeling genuinely grateful.nnIt was my first time in the area, and the place was buzzing. I was thankful to secure one of the last parking spots! You certainly can’t miss the store — those bold colours and bright discount signs call out to you from the windows I later noticed even the paper bags proudly feature the specials.nnAs it was also my first time inside this particular store, I had no idea where to find what I needed. I wandered up and down aisle after aisle, scanning shelves and trying to get my bearings. After a short search, I approached a lovely young staff member — I believe her name was Miracle.nnAnd what a fitting name it was.nShe was absolutely wonderful. Not only did she kindly direct me straight to the item I needed, but she did so with warmth, patience and a genuine smile. She struck up a brief, friendly conversation that felt natural and sincere. In that moment, I didn’t feel like just another customer — I felt seen and cared for.nIt was refreshing. It was thoughtful. It made my day.nnSo thank you, Miracle, for your kindness and professionalism. Small gestures truly do make a big difference.nIf I find myself back in the area, I will most certainly be returning to this Chemist Warehouse — with a grateful heart.

It would be nice if the two lazy pharmacists would start doing there job, had me waiting at the counter for 10 minutes whilst they had a nice little chat, looked me dead in the eyes and kept on chatting. I hope the man who was complaining about a customer very loudly in front of customers gets fired. Absolutely appalling behaviour from so called “professionals”.

Extremely rude pharmacist the Asian guy and too slow to dispense. If he doesn't like his job he should leave it for others who are in need.  Ground staff are really nice though.

Dear young Andrew. Next time when you try to be sassy and rude to a customer about their product in my case today, Sustagen, maybe first make sure the customer in front of you isn’t a fellow pharmacist 10 years your senior. You are an embarrassment to our profession.

To the rude lady from pharmacy side Indian lady My family and I came into the store to buy an elbow support band for my husband. We were after the certain brand but it was sold out so we purchased a different one. We noticed the packaging was damaged and notified the lady behind the count as we paid for it. Less then 10mins later we returned to exchange as the chemist warehouse on gap st had the one that we were after. We had to wait 15mins for a refund and then to be told that she does not want to refund our item because packaging was damaged even though we bought it damaged and told the other lady at count. If we came back the next day maybe I would understand but no it was less then 10mins. We went to the store on gap rd. We bought the one we were after. And lady like what my husband said here are pics of packaging at this store. It seems that chemist warehouse does sell damaged packing. Shame on you to treat a family like that.
