To the rude lady from pharmacy side Indian lady My family and I came into the store to buy an elbow support band for my husband. We were after the certain brand but it was sold out so we purchased a different one. We noticed the packaging was damaged and notified the lady behind the count as we paid for it. Less then 10mins later we returned to exchange as the chemist warehouse on gap st had the one that we were after. We had to wait 15mins for a refund and then to be told that she does not want to refund our item because packaging was damaged even though we bought it damaged and told the other lady at count. If we came back the next day maybe I would understand but no it was less then 10mins. We went to the store on gap rd. We bought the one we were after. And lady like what my husband said here are pics of packaging at this store. It seems that chemist warehouse does sell damaged packing. Shame on you to treat a family like that.
Not loving the new location of Chemist Warehouse Evans St as it's out of the way for the elderly, those in wheelchairs and walkers there's never available disabled parking outside the store and those with invisible disabilities.nI do love the store being bigger and not cluttered but the bright lighting sets off my light sensitivity and a few staff members have mentioned they find the lighting too bright.nThe staff are extremely helpful and friendly but that wait times are getting ridiculous. 30 minutes or longer for one script and the pharmacist honestly don't know much about the medication if you have any questions.
Their extended trading hours were convenient, But I wouldn't normally travel to another town just to visit the chemist.The store was impressively well-stocked. I was able to pick up a few additional necessities thanks to their wide range of products that aren’t available at other chemists in town.
Put my script in & advised I’d be back in around 30 mins. I returned 50 minutes later only to be told to take a seat it would be about 10 mins. The place wasn’t even really busy. Prescription Service & supply Has dramatically gown down hill since they’ve moved to these premises. Will now go elsewhere
Went in to get an item price matched only to be told that the price matching is only on full priced items. Spoke to head office who copy and pasted irrelevant terms and conditions and then eventually said they can't over rule a store decision.nReturned my items and got them price matched at my normal chemist. Won't come back to this place again. Poor experience.
