Today I popped into Chemist Warehouse on Evans Street in Sunbury, and I left feeling genuinely grateful.nnIt was my first time in the area, and the place was buzzing. I was thankful to secure one of the last parking spots! You certainly can’t miss the store — those bold colours and bright discount signs call out to you from the windows I later noticed even the paper bags proudly feature the specials.nnAs it was also my first time inside this particular store, I had no idea where to find what I needed. I wandered up and down aisle after aisle, scanning shelves and trying to get my bearings. After a short search, I approached a lovely young staff member — I believe her name was Miracle.nnAnd what a fitting name it was.nShe was absolutely wonderful. Not only did she kindly direct me straight to the item I needed, but she did so with warmth, patience and a genuine smile. She struck up a brief, friendly conversation that felt natural and sincere. In that moment, I didn’t feel like just another customer — I felt seen and cared for.nIt was refreshing. It was thoughtful. It made my day.nnSo thank you, Miracle, for your kindness and professionalism. Small gestures truly do make a big difference.nIf I find myself back in the area, I will most certainly be returning to this Chemist Warehouse — with a grateful heart.
It's a good place to buy perfume via click and collect. They had stocks of perfumes that were not avl in many other stores. I wanted to try some perfume to buy, but i couldn't get the staff assistance to try on my skin as the store manager there was quoted by staff not to allow perfumes on skins. However i have no problems in other chemist warehouse stores to try on skin.
The sales assistants around the shop are so helpful and polite unfortunately the pharmacist particularly the Asian gentleman just don't care, are condescending and seem to think that the world revolves around them and it doesn't matter if they need to make you needlessly wait 10 to 15 minutes , and that's just for their advice not even to get a script filled which often requires to bring ong a packed lunch
Went to buy a fragrance that was advertised on special I tested it and it was too my liking i asked to purchase it and took it home to give as a present only to find out that it was a smaller bottle and i effectively paid the same price but have almost half the product.
If there is option for zero start I would have give them. I waited for 40 mins to get prescribed medication and after 40 mins they said the name and requested for ID and told me they haven't got this ready as they need id.nnI was waiting there you could have requested and get this ready, even when I followed up no one informed me. The ladies here are useless and not doing anything, however the gentleman was later able to help.nnI would rather suggest to go somewhere else.
