We have been using TapsR Us for all our plumbing needs for a few years now and cannot recommend them enough.
The service is prompt, efficient, cost effective and very friendly. Nothing is ever a problem.
When a booking is made, they are prompt and call if they going to be late...even by 15 minutes! The advice given is knowledgeable and always with the view to the needs( or future needs) of the client.

We had a bad experience whereby a hole was punched in our stormwater pipe with a jetter tool. This was investigated by an expert plumber who demonstrated with CCTV cameras that this was the likely cause. The insurance company agreed and eventually sorted it out for us. Would not recommend!

I have worked with Taps R Us for the last 4 + years. Working in real estate, it is so important for find incredible tradespeople who are reliable, trust worthy and do a great job.
Taps R Us go above and beyond and always have the customers best interest at heart. I couldn't recommend a better plumber.

Well Done Craig and the team at Taps "R" Us........Great service and great advise...They did exactly as they said they would...Great to deal with and on time every time.....They have been to our place 4 times doing different plumbing upgrades and repairs...Each visit was professional and the worked completed on time .....We refer Taps "R" US to everyone we meet.
